Miki was my senior in secondary school. My first two AIA policies were bought from a polytechnic classmate after we graduate. He decided to call it quits after 2 years in the insurance industry. I was assigned another agent to serve me however he disappeared after a couple of years. He recommended similar policies to the one that I have previously bought and even encourage me to use my insurance coupons from my previous 2 policies. While AIA was in the midst of assigning another agent for me, I happen to remember that Miki is also working at AIA. I hear so many of my peers complaining about their agent at times then I feel so lucky that I do not have such an issue with Miki at all.
